The prices and availability of goods on the website are subject to change without notice. Products are displayed whilst stocks last and we update our site regularly to ensure that you are not disappointed. If an item is not available we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of any changes to your order.

We take care to ensure that the descriptions of our products are correct, however, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the computer systems used by you.

There may be slight variations of the goods, due to the uniqueness of our products and many of the natural production methods that are used by many of our designers, which we cannot alter.

On the whole we buy wearable, durable clothing that has been well made. However some fabrics are more delicate than others. We will not accept returned items that have been ripped, snagged or pulled. Please follow individual washing instructions for each item as we cannot be responsible for items that are washed accidentally or/ incorrectly. All Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The information we collect via the website will only be used for dealing with orders and accounts and processing payments and fraud detection. If your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of buying from our site, we will only take liability for the first £50 of your loss.  We will work with your credit card company, however as they are obligated to be responsible for anything over that amount.

We will not pass on any personal information to any third parties and will only use your details to contact you regarding the Emperors New Clothes Shop and you agree that we may email you as a means of communication.

While every care has been taken to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, we do not give warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or virus-free status. The Emperors New Clothes Shop will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
