Deliveries

Prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling only and where applicable include VAT.  The Prices quoted are exclusive of postage and packaging is charged at the following rates:

Standard Delivery: £7.00,  UK addresses only, Monday to Friday – allow 5 working days for delivery.

Next Day Guaranteed Delivery:  £10  UK addresses only, Monday to Friday – Orders must be received by 2.00pm.
(Parcels sent by guaranteed next day delivery are insured and will require a signature at the delivery address. Returns to be paid for by the customer).

Any Gift Cards will be sent out Guaranteed next day delivery in the UK : £ 4.75 ( insured to the value of £500.00)

For shipping costs to Europe and the rest of the World we will happily advise you of these costs. Please call us on 01664 454243.

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping, including local delivery errors or customs issues. Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt of their package and may also be subject to Customs and Excise delays.

For larger items, such as the Nume House, Nume Washing machines and some of the larger items from Anne Claire Petit, we will advise you if there is an additional charge for delivery.

Returns

We check each item thoroughly before sending them out to you. Should you wish to return your item because it is not suitable we will offer you a full refund for non-sale items, that are returned to us within 7 days of receipt. They must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all the original packaging and the receipt.
We recommend that the Goods are packaged well and a proof of posting is kept as we cannot be responsible for items that are not received by us. All returns are to be paid for by the customer.
We will refund the credit/debit card or send a cheque within two – three weeks after we have received the stock.

If a gift is to be returned, we will have to refund the person who paid for it.
This also applies for any exchanges. We will only refund the person who paid for it and we will advise them of any exchanges. All returns are to be paid for by the customer. All Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
